This year, we proudly host our Korea Advanced Battery Conference (KABC) which commemorates its 14th anniversary. The conference, scheduled for 2 days from Sept 14 to 15, will provide its participants a valuable opportunity to learn more about the recent technology trend in electric vehicle and up/downstream battery industries.
Over the past years, the battery industry in Korea has continued to witness a high growth both in quantity and quality. The K-trio battery companies, LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, and SK On, have been recognized on the global stage based on their top-notch technical prowess and solid growth. In addition, even in the field of electric vehicles and battery materials, the Korean companies proudly boast their technological competitiveness and growth potentials in the global market. Given this circumstance, we invite key members of industry-leading companies at home and abroad as speakers to share their insight with conference attendees and further broaden their network throughout the industry.

On the 1st day of conference, we are honored to have speakers from K-trio battery makers - LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, and SK On - who will share the latest technology and future strategies of each company. In the afternoon session on the same day, we have Hyundai Motor Group, a representative car maker in Korea, and Xpeng, a Chinese automaker, as speakers who will show us their perspectives on the future of electric vehicles. We also invite rising battery makers to listen to their thoughts on battery development and market outlook.
The 2nd of conference is arranged under the theme of battery major components and market issues. Our honorable speakers are going to cover the 4 major components such as cathode, anode, and separator, and they will not miss recycling / reuse issue as well as battery charging / equipment. We invite our speakers from top-notch companies in Korea and China, including Huayou Cobalt, Wason, and POSCO.
